Here, Hoa Sen &#8211; De Montfort students were met and welcomed by the guidance staff from the company. The team introduced in detail the history, goals, and main areas of operation of THT Cargo Logistics, from transportation services, supply chain management to integrated logistics solutions. From the operations department, warehouse management department, to the customer support department, each department has its own role and task, contributing to the overall success of the company. In each department, students have the opportunity to interact and exchange directly with staff from each department. With extensive knowledge and rich experience in the field of international business and logistics, Ms. Celine conveyed many valuable lessons to the students. She shared about the challenges and opportunities in the industry, as well as the skills that young people need to cultivate if they want to develop a career in this field. From learning about the operating process of a logistics enterprise to interacting with the staff and founder, each activity helped students approach knowledge from a practical perspective.
