> Students have never registered to graduate from any major at Hoa Sen University;

> Students do not violate the regulations;

> Students achieve English proficiency: priority according to the requirements of international partner universities (website hu) applied to registered students; or TOEFL iBT 70; or IELTS 5.5 academic;

> Meet the admission requirements of the international partner universities (website hu).

For national programme students:

> Students submit their application (website hu) to participate in in the programme as soon as possible;
