Expanding International Academic Collaboration

The meeting proceeded smoothly with the participation of Dr. Phan Thi Viet Nam, Vice President of Hoa Sen University, along with representatives from the Institute of International Education and the Office of Testing – Quality Assurance. Both sides engaged in detailed discussions on the procedures and roadmap for collaboration, with the goal of establishing Hoa Sen University as an official partner of SQA.
